Overlooking Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall, The Capital is the result of a major Brisbane City Council initiative to turn the city into an entrepreneurial and innovation hub.

Strategenics accepted the invitation to take part in The Capital’s open-day tour with anchor tenants Fishburners Brisbane and Little Tokyo Two.

Startup space

The Capital provides tenants with sunlit workspaces, open plan offices, break out areas and all the coffee needed to foster innovation and ideas growth.

Level 2 – The first level is fully equipped with event space, meeting rooms, kitchen and communal areas. Clean lines, beautiful wall art and comfy couches provide a relaxing atmosphere in this break out area.

Level 3 – The Fishburners Space is occupied by free-flowing office desks, spacious co-working tables and open plan shared kitchen. Fishburners is a non-for-profit focused on offering affordable office space. in Brisbane. With support from Australia’s largest co-working community they offer exclusive partnership deals, pro-bono services and much more.

Level 4 – The home to Little Tokyo Two! Level 4 is lined with inspirational quotes, Japanese décor and cosy office spaces. The amenities and support provided by Little Tokyo Two are priceless for any budding entrepreneur during this critical step in the startup lifecycle.

Rooftop Garden – With some of the best views of Brisbane, the Rooftop Garden allows startups to get away from the hustle and bustle of building a business from the ground up. Well laid out for relaxing, this area is equipped with BBQ and benches.
