Ongoing enablement module
StratCare Enable
For clients who need a regular enablement cadence, StratCare Enable provides monthly or fortnightly sessions on a rolling basis. Topics are client-voted or triggered automatically when the Atlassian Release Radar flags a change that warrants a session. Available as an uplift module on a StratCare base subscription. Not available as a standalone module.
Included in all StratCare Enable plans
Delivery Model
How a StratEnable engagement runs, from the first scoping call through session delivery, follow-up and the ongoing StratCare Enable pathway. Expand any section below for the detail.
Entry paths
StratEnable is not a fixed funnel. A client can enter from any direction. There is no requirement to have come through Accelerator or any other Strategenics engagement first.
Direct standalone
Client comes directly to StratEnable with no prior Strategenics relationship. Common when an IT manager has identified a team capability gap or a new JSM deployment needs agent training.
StandalonePost-Implementation
Platform has been configured through a Strategenics implementation engagement. Now the team needs to learn how to use it. StratEnable picks up where the platform build finished.
Post-ImplementationVia StratCare
Existing StratCare client adds enablement. Can upgrade to StratCare Enable for ongoing fortnightly or monthly sessions. The enablement sits alongside other StratCare Uplift modules.
StratCareStratCare Enable referral
Client on the StratCare Enable monthly cadence identifies a deeper need during a session. Books a full standalone StratEnable Foundations or Power Series session to address it.
StratCare EnableDelivery sequence
Every StratEnable engagement follows this sequence regardless of entry path. Steps are the same for Foundations, Power Series and Accelerator. Power Series and Accelerator repeat steps 3-4 across three sessions. Accelerator differences are noted at each step where they apply. Click a step to see the detail.
1
Discovery
T&A Scoping Call
Before booking
T&A Scoping Call
The engagement opens with a T&A (Tools and Approach) scoping call between the client organiser and the Strategenics consultant. Scope is determined before any session runs: product in scope (Jira, JSM, or both), Confluence inclusion, audience size and level, specific pain points, demo environment preference and success criteria. For Accelerator engagements, the T&A call is extended to include a current-state review of the client's Atlassian instance and produces an agreed quick-wins list that drives the session plan.
2
Setup
Demo site provisioning
Pre-session
Demo site provisioning
Strategenics provisions the shared demo environment and invites all participants with appropriate access levels. The demo site gives participants a safe environment to practise in without touching the client's production instance.
3
Preparation
Session prep
Pre-session
Session prep
The consultant prepares a run sheet tailored to the client's specific context from the T&A call. The activity booklet is prepared for each session. The session agenda is confirmed with the client organiser before the session runs.
4
Core delivery
Session delivery
2 hrs per session
Session delivery
Live virtual session. The consultant facilitates the session using the prepared run sheet and works directly inside the client's Atlassian environment for troubleshooting. Real issues are diagnosed and resolved during the session, not deferred to a support ticket. For Accelerator engagements, all three sessions are run in the client's live Atlassian environment. Up to 5 agreed configuration quick wins are delivered within the session windows, not as a separate consulting block.
5
Follow-up
Wrap-up email
Within 24 hrs
Wrap-up email
Within 24 hours of the session, a structured wrap-up email is sent to all participants and the client organiser. Includes all resources and next steps. For Accelerator engagements, the wrap-up after the final session includes the written Atlassian roadmap and recommendations document.
6
Practice window
Demo site period
4 weeks
Demo site period
The 4-week demo site access period begins. Participants can use the Strategenics shared demo environment to complete activity booklet tasks and practise independently. StratCare Enable customers have no expiry on their demo access.
7
Review
Check-in call
2-3 weeks post-session
Check-in call
2-3 weeks after the final session, a check-in call reviews outcomes against the success criteria set at the T&A scoping call. The call surfaces new needs and connects into StratCare Enable, further sessions or other Strategenics engagements if appropriate.
8
Ongoing pathway
What comes next
Post check-in
What comes next
If the check-in call surfaces an ongoing enablement need, the natural pathway is StratCare Enable. This provides monthly or fortnightly sessions on a rolling basis, topics driven by the client or triggered by the Atlassian Release Radar, and permanent access to the Strategenics shared demo environment. StratCare Enable is available as an uplift module on a StratCare base subscription and is not available as a standalone product. Clients who are not yet on StratCare can discuss adding a base subscription at this stage.
Atlassian Release Radar
Automated monitoring, consultant-reviewed delivery
The Atlassian Release Radar is an automated n8n + Claude agent that runs on a scheduled cadence, monitoring Atlassian release notes, launchnotes.io and the Atlassian community. It produces a categorised digest for the Strategenics team. The team decides what reaches the client.
Scheduled scan
Agent monitors Atlassian release notes, launchnotes.io and the Atlassian community on a regular cadence.
›Digest produced
Changes categorised as minor, notable or act on. Digest delivered to the Strategenics team.
›Consultant decides
The team reviews the digest and determines what is relevant for StratCare Enable customers and whether a session is warranted.
›Digest or session
Relevant digest sent to StratCare Enable customers pre-session. Significant changes trigger a dedicated session in the cadence.
Demo environment model
Post-session demo site
All StratEnable packages (Foundations, Power Series and Accelerator) include 4-week access to the Strategenics shared demo environment after the session or series concludes. Participants can practise activity booklet tasks and explore Atlassian features in a safe environment. Note: Accelerator sessions are run in the client's live Atlassian environment, not the demo site. The 4-week demo access is provided post-series for participant practice.
Permanent shared access
StratCare Enable customers have permanent access to the Strategenics shared demo environment with no expiry. The environment is maintained by Strategenics on its own Atlassian licensing. It is not subject to the standard 90-day trial site limit.
