Participants retain access to the Strategenics shared demo environment for 4 weeks post-session. The demo site lets teams practise in a safe environment without touching production. Extension available for $500 per 4 weeks.

A structured check-in call reviews outcomes against the success criteria set at the T&A scoping call. Surfaces new needs and connects into StratCare Enable or further sessions if appropriate.

The check-in call 2-3 weeks after your final session is where ongoing needs surface. For organisations that want a regular enablement cadence, the natural pathway from there is StratCare Enable.

StratCare Enable: ongoing Atlassian enablement

StratCare Enable provides monthly or fortnightly facilitated sessions on a rolling basis. Topics are client-voted or consultant-recommended. Strategenics monitors Atlassian release notes continuously, categorising every change by relevance and impact. When something significant ships that affects your configuration, your consultant flags it and, where needed, a session is triggered to cover it before it causes problems. Includes permanent shared demo environment access with no 90-day expiry. Available as a StratCare Uplift module on a StratCare base subscription. Not available standalone.

We already use Atlassian University for training. How is this different?
Atlassian University teaches Atlassian products in the abstract. It does not know your board structure, your workflow schemes, your SLA configuration or your team's specific gaps. StratEnable sessions start with a T&A scoping call so every session is built around your environment and your team's actual needs. Atlassian University cannot troubleshoot inside your instance during a session. We do.
Can't our internal Atlassian admin just train the team?
Possibly, but at significant cost in time and structure. Internal admins typically train informally and ad hoc. StratEnable provides a structured, facilitated session with activity booklets, a recording and a check-in call. It also frees up your admin's time and brings an external specialist perspective that can surface issues your team has normalised.

Yes, with a dedicated track. StratEnable Foundations: JSM and StratEnable Power Series: JSM are built specifically for JSM agents, service desk staff and JSM administrators. No other provider in Australia offers structured JSM agent training.
How many people can attend a session?
StratEnable Foundations sessions accommodate up to 15-20 participants. StratEnable Power Series sessions are capped at 5-10 participants because of their structured activity-based format. Audience size and level is confirmed at the T&A scoping call.
What happens after the session ends?
Within 24 hours you receive a wrap-up email with the session recording, activity booklet, resource library links and demo site access. Participants have 4-week access to the Strategenics demo environment. We schedule a check-in call 2-3 weeks after the final session to review outcomes against the T&A success criteria.
What is StratEnable Accelerator and how is it different to Power Series?
The Accelerator is StratEnable's bespoke tier for organisations already using Atlassian and ready to move from reactive support to confident platform ownership. The T&A scoping call is extended to include a current-state review of your Atlassian instance and an agreed list of configuration quick wins. All three sessions run inside your live Atlassian environment. Up to 5 agreed configuration improvements are delivered within the session windows rather than as a separate consulting block. At the end of the series you receive a written Atlassian roadmap and recommendations. Power Series is structured training for power users and administrators. Accelerator combines structured enablement with hands-on configuration work for teams ready to own their platform.
Can we add a Confluence session?
Yes. A Confluence session is available as a standalone or bolt-on for $1,800 ex GST. Scope is confirmed at the T&A scoping call.
