Your team has Atlassian. Do they know how to use it?
Licenses deployed. Capability not.
Most organisations purchase Atlassian licenses, configure the platform and then expect teams to adopt it on their own. Adoption stalls. Workarounds multiply. The investment stays on paper.
Training that misses the point.
Generic training courses teach Atlassian theory. They do not know your project schemes, your workflows, your SLA rules or your service desk configuration. The knowledge doesn't stick because it doesn't fit.
Tribal knowledge is not a plan.
When one person knows how everything works and everyone else guesses, one resignation creates a capability crisis. Teams need structured, documented skills that survive staff turnover.
Pre-session scoping call with your consultant
Every engagement starts with a T&A scoping call. We map your product, audience size and level, pain points and success criteria before a session runs. Nothing is generic.
Live troubleshooting in your actual environment
During the session your consultant works directly inside your Atlassian environment. Real workflows, real data, real problems resolved on the spot. Not a demo site replica.
Structured activity booklets, not slide decks
Every session includes a take-home activity booklet with practice tasks and reference material. Participants leave with something they can use and come back to. Not 80 slides from a Zoom recording.
A post-session check-in that measures outcomes
2-3 weeks after every session, your consultant calls back to review outcomes against the success criteria set at the T&A scoping call. What stuck. What didn't. What comes next.
Nobody else trains JSM agents.
Jira Service Management agent training does not exist in the Australian market. Atlassian University covers JSM from an administrator perspective only. No other Atlassian training provider offers structured enablement for agents and service desk staff on queue management, SLAs, canned responses, portal configuration and escalation workflows.
StratEnable Foundations: JSM and StratEnable Power Series: JSM fill that gap. They are the only structured enablement sessions for JSM agents and service desk staff in the market.

Wrap-up email
Every session is followed by a structured wrap-up email. Includes the session recording, activity booklet, resource library links, demo site access details and action items from the session.
Demo site access
Participants retain access to the Strategenics shared demo environment for 4 weeks post-session. The demo site lets teams practise in a safe environment without touching production. Extension available for $500 per 4 weeks.
Check-in call
A structured check-in call reviews outcomes against the success criteria set at the T&A scoping call. Surfaces new needs and connects into StratCare Enable or further sessions if appropriate.
The check-in call 2-3 weeks after your final session is where ongoing needs surface. For organisations that want a regular enablement cadence, the natural pathway from there is StratCare Enable.
StratCare Enable: ongoing Atlassian enablement
StratCare Enable provides monthly or fortnightly facilitated sessions on a rolling basis. Topics are client-voted or consultant-recommended. Strategenics monitors Atlassian release notes continuously, categorising every change by relevance and impact. When something significant ships that affects your configuration, your consultant flags it and, where needed, a session is triggered to cover it before it causes problems. Includes permanent shared demo environment access with no 90-day expiry. Available as a StratCare Uplift module on a StratCare base subscription. Not available standalone.
